Mind-Body Stress Reduction Classes

        Every Thursday 7:30-9:00pm

        

Bridget Rolens hosts a weekly gathering to stregthen and deepen the practice of mindfulness. This is an ongoing Meditation class held on Thursday evenings. Please click below for more information.

Mindfulness can be defined as
moment by moment,
non-judgmental, non-striving awareness. Participants will learn the practices of mindfulness
meditation, body-scan and gentle hatha yoga as strategies for dealing with stress in a healthy
more effective way.
