                              Mindfulness Circle

         Beginning SEPTEMBER 20, Bridget Rolens will host a weekly gathering to stregthen and deepen the practice of mindfulness. This is an ongoing Meditation class held on Thursday evenings. Please click below for more information.

Mindfulness Introduction

A Half Day of Mindfulness

Saturday       July 12     9:00am-12:00pm   $45

 

Mindfulness can be defined as
moment by moment,
non-judgmental, non-striving awareness. Participants will learn the practicesof mindfulness
meditation, body-scan and gentle hatha yoga as strategies for dealing with stress in a healthy
more effective way.
