Bridget Rolens, MA, BSOT
Program Facilitator
Bridget brings 30 years of experience in meditative practices and teaches mindfulness meditation in Springfield, Illinois and St. Louis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.


Lyn Magee, RYT
Program Facilitator
Lyn received her yoga teacher certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 1992 and is co-owner of the Big Bend Yoga Center. She has practiced meditation for 20 years.


Julie Garland, RYT
Program Director & Facilitator
Julie is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She received her yoga teaching certificate from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts. Julie is also a founding board member for Masterpeace Studios

Mindfulness can be defined as
moment by moment,
non-judgmental, non-striving awareness. Participants will learn the practicesof mindfulness
meditation, body-scan and gentle hatha yoga as strategies for dealing with stress in a healthy
more effective way.
